Unhelpful Finance Support

I have been going back and forth since November regarding a refund. Customer service agents try to resolve the issues, which they are not subject matter experts. They just pass messages around, leaving customer more frustrated than ever. I found myself repeating my self over 50 times as each times someone calls me, I start from the beginning. I have sent emails asking for a Finance manager to call me and to date nothing. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service.
