Unhelpful and frustrating

Hi i am very disappointed with my refund and the way it was handled. From the moment the purchase was made and j realised i was charged 249 instead of 169 i contacted takealot. I have sent numerous emails and communicated to two different unhelpful takealot consultants. Now the refund that has been processed is for 169 rather than R249. In make many purchases from takealot and i am extremely disappointed that nobody even bothered to call or reply to my email. They just send generated computer answers. Why have real people emailing if they going to send computer generated answers?
