Unhelpful

I started an order yesterday afternoon on the app. I spent at least 3 to 4 hours adding items to my cart. The app was not always stable but I managed to pick about 70 items by the end of the day. I wanted to review the order this morning before checking out. To my dismay my cart items had doubled and my total was correspondingly double. It took another hour and I deleted the duplicates. Did try to contact for help via the app but there was an error expressing that you were experiencing g technical difficulties. So I sat and deleted duplicates. Note these were actual duplicates of items. Before I could finish the app hung and I had to log in again. When I did the cart items varied with no list showing. Frustrated I called your call centre. Both the first consultant and the manager I asked to speak to seemed to think I was the problem and told me in various ways that I was to blame. I asked if my cart could be restored to yesterday afternoon and was told simply no. I know this to be untrue. When you advertise as heavily as you have you are going to have problems if your people are unwilling and unable to help. Today you lost a big order and a client.
