Unhappy woth takelots service

I order a lady's duffle gym bag and payed R499 for it, the 26th of November and my delivery date was 30th of November and then i got an email saying that my order will arrive 27th and it never did and on my app it said i signed for it and i did not.I tried many time to contact then and everytime i only got an email saying they will figure out what was the problem but nobody came back to me with answers,i am really unhappy with takealot.
