Unhappy with takeout driver

I ordered my items on take alot they were delivered issue was I haven't received my pay as it was payday , I asked her nicely to wait patiently cos she came around 9:30 am I got paid around 2pm , I called her she said to Mr my items are at orlando soweto someone will contact me regarding my items , when I called takeout they said my items have been sent back to warehouse my order was canceled .. Really unhappy with service provided

One lady I ordered my bag she waited for my pay to clock in I received my item , I don't understand why the other lady couldn't do the same

I need the items urgently
