Unhappy with product

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase of Puma Netball shoes, a brand that has always been my first choice for the sport I love. In 3 January 2025 on the online at Takelot order nr #*** Puma Women's Solarflash II Netball Shoes - Puma White/Nitro Blue/Fizz, I invested in a pair of Puma Netball shoes with high expectations, given the brand's reputation for quality. Unfortunately, the shoes did not last the entire season, and this has left me disheartened. The deterioration in quality has raised concerns, making me question whether this is a one-time occurrence or if it reflects a broader decline in the brand's standards. As a dedicated netball enthusiast, the reliability and durability of my gear are crucial for optimal performance on the court. I have always trusted Puma to deliver top-notch products, and it pains me to consider seeking an alternative supplier for my netball passion. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and provide insights into whether there have been changes in the manufacturing process or if this issue is isolated. Your prompt attention to this concern would greatly influence my decision on whether to continue my loyalty to Puma or explore other options.
