Unhappy with delivery - Open Package

Good day, I ordered a PS 5 bundle, order number ***1 and when it was delivered the box was open. I asked the delivery lady why the box is open and she said that, it was the way it was packed. After I completely opened the box, the game that was supposed part of the bundle was not in the box. I tried contacting Takealot, but their number is ***, is somehow crossed with the "Daily Dispatch" I tried contacting the driver *** and she just dropped my call.
