UNHAPPY TAKEALOT CUSTOMER

Hi

I placed an order with Takealot, the order came on the promised date. My order was sent by Takealot Pickup Point Summerstrand Order #***, The issue is with their Driver. He was indecent and rude. He called to notify me he has arrived, When I told him he should come to the second parking (we have two parkings) He said he will not then he hung up on me.

I walked to were he was, I was the greeted by the same driver very rude than before this time. I then asked Did he not see my note left on the app, He threatened to return my order to the warehouse and He stated that I should go on and lay a complaint if I like. So here we are.

I checked online for takealots email address. I couldnt find one.
