Unhappy Takealot customer

I have had 3 terrible experiences with Takealot. The 1st one, I had to gt my attorney to send a letter after about 20+ emails between myself and them before they paid me my money back for a TV smashed by their drivers. 2nd - I ordered 5 x 200g Knorr Aromat the they advertised. I received a box of 450g. They then allowed me to send it back and they would send the correct order . On receipt of that, it was the same old incorrect quantity of 450g. This was less than half of what I ordered and then I was told that the promotion was over and the supplier did not have any left. I then used that incorrect box as I needed it. I did let them know that I was not happy. 3rd one as now recently - I ordered 2 x 300mm by 300mm extractor fans for the toilets we were fixing in our complex. On arrival, the extractor fans were 150mm x 150 mm. I the phoned the company and the person said he would do the send back and promised to re-send the correct item. They fetched the order and a week later, we received the very same incorrect product. I phoned them once again and they did the return and fetched the incorrect product. They then notified me that they will refund my money to my account - I am still waiting - not paid back yet.
