Unhappy Takealot customer

I have bought a Hisense Chest Freezer from Takealot i noticed that the cord of the freezer was switching on and off i had to carry the cord up for it to work so i decided to send the item back,A day after a courier guys came to fetch the Freezer and took it back to Takealot warehouse it had two days in my house but an old and dirty Telefunken chest freezer was booked in instead of Hisense so the valuation guys declined saying the old freezer is mine ive sent pictures of the keys and manuals proving that i never had the old freezer They made it worse and sent me the old freezer 😭😭😭😭I explained but it fell on deaf ears im not getting any feedbacksThe driver i have his name and pictures.pls i need help im going crazy i suffer from anxiety i need to hear the drivers side of the story cause he is the one who knows what happened i only had it for 2 days
