Unhappy Service

We bought x2 Sansui tablets from Takealot on the 17th July 2018. The bundle came with a cover and keyboard, the one was used for 3 days and then suddenly the keyboard wouldn’t work anymore, last night the other keyboard fell out the cover. I have sent Takealot 2 emails regarding this and requesting that they covers & keyboards are replaced. To date hereof I have had no response. I find this type of service absolutely disgusting. They are so quick to respond when you need something but when things go wrong then you don’t hear from them!
