UNHAPPY - SAME DAY DELIVERY. DID NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY

I ORDERED items from takealot early this morning 27 July 2022, was given a option for same day delivery and paid R90 for same day delivery. According to the tracking my delivery is scheduled before 19h00. I tried calling none of their telephone numbers are working, I tried to respond to their email of my order confirmation, I received an auto reply they no longer respond to email queries.

When I checked on the tracking at 20h45 it indicates that the parcel arrived at Menlyn facility at 19h47 only. So what happened to Same Day Delivery Guaranteed as indicated on the tracking app. So basically I've been charged for service not rendered as promised and what is so bad there is no form of communication.

I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!
