UNHAPPY PLEASE HELP

Phillip Plaatjies , ***I buy 2 Microsoft 365 from Take a Lot; I phone Digital Planet reception and they was unprofessional. and the vouchers that i buy is not direct from Microsoft and it take days before their come back to you, I also email them and phone them that the vouchers is not working. please don't buy anything form take a lot when it comes to Microsoft, very unhappy.
