Unhappy long term client
Hi there
I have used takealot for years and today I received my order and 2 cognac glasses missing out of the box and it is mission impossible to try to contact these guys.
Clearly the original packaging box had no seal or it was very carefully removed as there was no seal on it or traces that there may have been.
Not a happy camper

This is very embarrassing as no delivery note was left by the driver and hence not able to check my order from 2weeks ago.
The box of glasses shows 6 glasses but the actual order is and was for 4 glasses hence the delivery being correct
My humblest apologies for the error on my side.🤦♂️😔
