On the 25th July i placed my order , oder delivery stated it will be deliverd on the 29 July. At 6h30 this morning i recieved a sms that order will be delivered before 5, bare in mind this is not only my son birthday gift which is tomorrow but i also needed to get someone to be at my home in order to recieve the delivery. Just before o'clock i called your call center and was advise that the driver is on his why to Eastridge and can expect my delivery in the next few minutes. Just after 5 conviently i called again and no answer at the office. Hours later i recieved a update stating delayed in delivery parcel arrived at the wrong courier. I need to understand what happend from what the agent advised versus the update received on the Takealot app. I now need to stay at home tommorow to receive the order as no one will be availble to recieve my order ...in the interim what do i tell my son reason why he wake up at 12 to no gift. Not to mention i had to pay R200 delivery fee and yet no parcel was recieved. This is really disappointing and im very disgusted by this service.
