Unhappy customer Order #***0Estimated Collection from Thu, 1 Oct 2020

I have placed several orders with takealot and have always been satisfied. On the 17th of September I placed and paid for an order #***0 for mostly baby items and presumed it will give them enough time to deliver the items to their pickup point in Hennopspark for me to collect as I needed the items before the 1st of October when the person was going on maternity leave. Every day I track the order and every day the dates keeps changing. Today the tracker show the delivery date as the 1st of October..... I cannot cancel the order as I have to take receipt of it first????? What the hell. How is this customer service?
