unhappy customer

I bought a set of luggage November2024 found it damaged and request a return within 3days ,they come to collected until today 08/05/2025 they never return my parcel and when i called them everytime they act like its new issue,promise to resolve the issue ,rotate with me everytime you speak with new person then act like is a new thing,so i am tired its been six months demanding my money or my parcel i paid R1300 for nothing to takealot.
