Unhappy customer

I am very disappointed with the service received from takealot. My package was scheduled to be delivered 25 January, which did not happen. I received a message stating that package could not be delivered as they could not find my address. This is not the first using my address so I find this very strange. The driver didn't even have the decency to call and ask for directions if indeed he couldn't find the address. I want my package delivered before 10am tomorrow 26 January or cancel my order and refund my money. This is totally unacceptable.
