Unhappy Customer

I ordered a pair of Asics gel 7 tennis shoes on the 30th of May 2020 and I didn't receive the shoes until now. This is really unacceptable. I have sent several emails to the company and nothing has been done. I asked for a refund of R1089 no response. Order number ***4
