Unhappy customer

I had had a very bad experience with Takealot, i ordered 2 items, wireless Bluetooth in-earphones for Apple and Android for R 219 (Green in color) and Micracase-crystal clear transparent protective cover for R249 about two weeks ago, i only received one item, the Clear transparent protective cover, i did not receive the wireless Bluetooth earphones, what troubles me is that there was no explanation as to why i did not receive all that i ordered, i tried to contact them but i have not been assisted.
