unhappy customer

I bought a tv a while back by takealot then sunddenly the tv starts switching off while you still watching, i send it back advising i just want the small problem fixed, lol they sent my tv back screen broken and cracked, how dissapointing after being a loyal customer for over 8 years ... their agents do not even know how to reply or how to do their work correctly i requested a full refund - this is unfair and bad customer service
