UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought 2 fans upon delivery 1was broken and not working plus it was missing parts now they don't want to exchange and said they are waiting accessories, what accessories because it came without other and I putted what I got I'm not happy with the service I'm getting at take a lot, the fans that they gave me it was not new it was customers return Coz it was dirty and broken, as I'm writing this I'm so disappointed with the service ya takealot regarding this matter, I returned 1 that was nlt working I'm left with 1 would really love to be refunded because i returned the fan they way I got it and now it's my problem that's not fair😥💔
