Unhappy customer

I got a message on Monday that my parcel from Takealot will be delivered before 17h00. I never received my parcel. Yesterday, my parcel would have been delivered before 17h00. Again, I haven't received my parcel. Today also nothing. No one notified me about any problems with the delivery. I am really disappointed.
