Unhappy Customer

I've been waiting for 2 weeks now for takealot to collect the items I'm returning, they keep rescheduling. I called customer service twice this week to follow up, they promised the courier will deffs come but here I am still waiting. Takealot sent me a nesting coffee table and tv stand without *****s and manual, I cant assemble the stuff thats why I'm returning. I'm not happy with the service that I have received recently. I need the courier to collect these items ASAP.
