Unhappy Customer

I am writing this complain as a very unhappy customer with the Feedback i received from the take a lot , I returned the Bread Bin that i got Broken when i recieved it i sent it back for replacement i was told it is was declined , i was very disappointed with the feedback thou and i didn't wanna write a complain but i collected it 7 October and my return was concluded the 11 October as they said the will deliver it to my address till today no one called me or said anything and i rep**** to them regarding my Address Now i am Fed Up because ive been patient enough waiting for my bread bin to come and nothing till Today ,,Can Somebody from higher position call me and lets reolve this issued before it Escalate ...
