Unhappy customer

I placed an order for an extractor(order number: #***0) I paid and the order was approved and the delivery date was given. I now receive an email saying that the order is cancelled. I did not get a curtesy call and I am very unhappy, as have I had known that there is no stock, I would have ordered a different one. I am unsatisfied with this service. Now I have to request a refund instead of it being an automatic process. This is extremely frustrating.
