Unhappy customer

Bad service I made an order on the 11th of November, paid for it and immediately realised I bought incorrect items and I cancelled my order. The refund process was done and I was told to wait 4 business days to process my refund. Till this day I do not have my funds back, I sent an email for a follow up and they have no idea what’s happening.
