unhappy customer

i have purchase many times from takealot but this one was not a good experience on the 12/08 i purchased some items for same day delivery for which i paid extra for ond on opening the box one of the items was completely wrong in box i called and was told item would be collected it was collected wed 13/08 i was told it would need to be registered back at office to be resent i called again on friday and was told now only to be receiving new item on monday the 18/08 to my disbelieve the same wrong item once again came back i returned it now i am told they are pending investigation in mean time i have made numerous calls and even facebook message but get empty promises of we working in it your website or facebook page is not very user friendly when it come to customer service please refund the full amount today i will buy elsewhere
