Unhappy customer

I bought a gift for someone from Takealot end of October and was informed that the gift would be delivered on the 8th. I received a message on the 7th that the parcel will be delivered the next day, i waited the whole day and nothing came. The next morning i checked my account for an update and saw my account was refunded, without any notification. I was so upset cos the gift was just what was needed. The price now has changed if i order it again and the waiting time is so long which means i will have no gift to give. Only after I phoned to enquire about whats happening i received notifications. It is so not on and very inconvenient to say the least. So not happy how this was done.
