Unhappy customer

I purchased iPhone 15 on the 24 th July 2024 through takealot because my insurance gave me takealot voucher. They have delivered stopwatch instead of phone I have been going up and downs with them without any luck the phone was R17 399 stop watch R129.

I have sent footage showing when the box opened it was watch not phone but even now they don't want to give me what I have ordered or refund me with all the evidence. And I have reported this to them same day

Please help I get what I have ordered or refund
