Unhappy Customer

Recently the delivery partner of theirs is pathetic. The online tracking says they cannot find my place. Nobody contacts me and then they reschedule to their own convenience. this has happened for the past three orders. Its unacceptable to receive poor quality service. there is no need for me to continue purchasing on takealot. I only purchased on takealot for the convenience and customer support which is no longer present.
