Unhappy customer

I’m so disappointed at the service and level of dishonesty of this company. I bought a phone on the blue dot sale, was suppose to receive my delivery on Monday (yesterday) but the delivery company phoned and said that they will only be able to make the delivery today (Tuesday) of which I didn’t have a problem with. Then later today around 12:30 I realized it was getting late and I still have not received my item. I phoned to ask about the where about of my delivery only to be told it’s been escalated. When I track on the app, it said it’s been shipped. I checked the app again after 4pm, only to get the shock of my life. My item was delivered at 14:51. I have not received anything. I want my delivery or my money back. It was my first time buying on takealot and it’s certainly going to be my last. Poor service and the call center people are so unprofessional. I really thought highly of you. How can you give someone else my delivery if i did not give you that instruction to? Im so angry.
