Unhappy customer

I ordered stuff on takealot on the 19th of June they keep pushing my order date back and back the stuff has not arrived yet and the date of arrival changed again.. I tried to query with them all they said was the heat exchange mug is holding up the order.. I needed this for a birthday present on the 9th of August.. However it looks like I'm never going to get my order or for respond on what is going on
