Unhappy customer

My sister ordered a Wifi router on the 30th of June 2021, to this day it has not been delivered. We checked on the website and tracked her order. On the 5th of July 2021, the order arrived at the courier facility and was said to be rescheduled for delivery on the 6th of July 2021. On the 7th July 2021, it said the parcel arrived at the incorrect courier facility and that they will reroute it, then the delivery will be rescheduled. That was the last time an update was made with regards to the order. Takealot.com does not have good service. An extremely unreliable store. I would personally recommend alternative stores, definitely not Takealot.com.
