UNHAPPY CLIENT FROM TAKEALOT

Dear reader, I Just want to put a complaint in against Takealot, On 27 November 2021 i brought a under ground metal detector from Takealot for the amount of R1800 till up to now i never received the parcel from Takealot, after a lot of calls and using my airtime and time to find out were my parcel is i don't get any respond if i do get a respond they keep on saying they will come to me witch they never do, i just want them to pay back my money or just investigate to why this is taking months to receive my parcel from them, i have the order number witch is :***3 pls i will highly appreciate if somebody can help me with this complaint, this is not small change this is a lot off money to loose, i don't know where to complain any more as i don't get any feedback from Takealot. please help this is all i am asking
