Unhappy client

I made an order on 24 September 2023,which was supposed to be delivered by 28 delivery was not done I dud a follow up and was advised one item was missing they will reshedule...in short they dived the items into 2 now order *** and ***. On the 3rg the first oder was delvered and was requested to pay the full amount for 2 items the other one will be delivered on the 4th without cash I even caled and confirm with their customer services...now today onthe delivery they sre still requesting for cash for that one item...
