Unhappy Client

I ordered a parcel on the 29/05/2024 and was told that it will be delivered on the 31/05/2024

On the 31 at 10:54 I receive an sms stating wmy parcel will be delivered on the 01/06/2024 then at 10:59 another message that states that i will receive my parcel on the 31/05/2024

Saw this messages around 3 then contacted them that my work place closed at 6 and for me to stay until 7 it’s not safe,called twice then someone said they will escalate to the correct department sitting now it’s 18:43 no feedback still calling their call centre but they answer then someone keeps quiet… still sitting no feedback like this is my last time buying from them ..this is so inconsiderate ,inconvenience for someone
