Unhappy client

I ordered and paid for my package on the 23 of May 2020. Today i track my parcel and some items were cancelled without my consent. This is the worst service ever. Been tracking my parcel and ordered a total of 5 products and delivery was set for the 8 th of June 2020. Niw its only 4 products to be delivered on the 2 nd of June 2020. I never received qny communication of my refund on the one product that was cancelled without my consent. I need clarity on this, please contact me ***
