Unhappy client

Ordered a pacell yesterday for delivery for today. They send a sms saying order will be delivered by 7pm today. A lady calls me from a 011 number saying the driver is outside. I go out and stand a whole Half an hour (not my first time buying online) try to call takalot it takes another 30 mins to get ahold of someone, i finally get a hold of someone and she gives me the drivers number i speak tongue driver and the driver says she will call me. 10min later i get a sms saying they couldn't find me i call again... They don't know what is happening . i need the products today!
