Unhappy Client

Lately I have been having such bad experience with Takelot. If they dont send the wrong items, and you wait so long to get the correct one, the stuff is damaged or not even in the box. There is no way to contact them directly and if you lucky to get hold of them you wait 10years before the phone is answered. Today again I ordered 3x ski-pants and I get stockings!! I waited over a week and a half for this delivery and now it has the wrong items. I am not sure what has happened to the service of Takelot but it has gone backwards fast!
