Unhappy Client

I bought Samsung Galaxy S21 FE that came with Tab A7 Lite WIFI Tablet in 5 March 2022 and received it on 10 March 2022. After receiving the phone I decided to keep it and used the Tablet and only gave it to my daughter in October 2022 to use it. November my daughter complained about the battery that it does not last and it heat up. I logged my query and the devices were collected ( Samsung Galaxy S21 FE & Tab A7 Lite WIFI Tablet though I was clear that Tab does not give me any problems but the driver said the collection is for both because I bought them as combo ) I received several emails updating me in regard of the devices and that they were still waiting for supplier to bring back the phone. To cut the story short I finally received the delivery on the 21st December but to my surprise there was no Tab inside the box only the Samsung SE. I have been calling and getting unending emails but it looks like no one is willing or taking accountable to assist me and get my Tab back. I am big client of Take a lot I buy from them maybe once a month but I must say I am so disappointed with the service that I received and the fact that I paid for those devices. I need feedback.
