Unhappy client

Pathetic customer service from staff at takealot. I purchased inversion table about 2 months ago. First one delivered incomplete. Replacement incomplete.?I was told by customer care that 3rd supplier will get in touch with me. Which they did. And they came out to my home and seen the product with missing items which they reported to their senior. I was then told I have to wait for new shipment which I then contacted takealot to credit me and return same. I am being messed around with this collection of item and being held on for my credit. Extremely unhappy😡
