UNHAPPY CLIENT

I am utterly appalled with the service that I received from Take a lot. I placed on order for a microphone and same has not been delivered. There was a problem with them delivering my order, funny thing is I always use Mr D and they find the house with no issues. After getting a whatsapp from the guy, saying he cannot find my place, he asked for my location and when I sent it, he told me that he is not going to come here as it is too far and that was the end of my order. I subsequently received an email that my order was cancelled and I was refunded on the takealot app. This is so distasteful. I was never even asked if there is a takealot close to me where I can collect = Where is TCF in this, I am really flabbergasted. I asked one of the agents why my order was cancelled without my permission, and was told there is nothing they can do, item is out of stock. Makes me wonder how just a day later the stock has disappeared. I am upset and I want someone to sort this mess out because my livelihood is being affected and I am not a happy camper.
