Unhappy client

I keep ordering items from takealot for my daughters birthday but with every order you have to pay delivery fee. Now i ordered a veggy play basket for her. Then they cancelled it so i lost my delivery fee i paid then i ordered a bicycle for her then on the day of delivery they yet again cancelled my order due to no stock again so i again lost my delivery charges. I then ordered another gift for my little girl which i was also charged delivery and it was cancelled AGAIN!!! Why is there stock available when you order but on delivery day you qre notified there are no stock and you do not get refund for courier fees. I am extremely unhappy with the service i received from takealot. My daughters birthday is around the corner and i could have bought her a gift somewhere else
