Unhappy client

So disappointed with takealot. My order was supposed to be rescheduled for delivery, then without any notice of them struggling to find my adress, i didnt receive my order and it was sent back to the warehouse. And only got credited with one of the items on takealot that i ordered where as it was supposed to be the 2 items . Really unhappy and struggling to fix the problem through so many emails.
