Unhappy

I'm very sad.i normally do returns and this is my 1st time I had to follow up all the time for feedback.I bought a table and opened it at my holiday I took pics of the inside damage table and not 1 agent emailed me for any pictures.I had to check my app and see it was declined due to evaluation.what evaluation if I didn't even send the pics .how i opened the box and where the whole was I'm very disappointed.
