Unhappy buyer

I received an entire box of items of which i did not order. Im trying to explain it via email to takealot , that i cannot return products i haven’t received. I dont want to return what i ordered, i just want my correct order delivered, been struggling for almost a week to return the wrong box of items and for them to send the correct box of order that i paid for.
