Unhappy and totally disgusted

Extremely disappointed in Takealot...... ordered a boo.erang backpack for my daughters birthday and received a goosedown feather duvet. Ive sent numerous emails with pics of what i received and now im being ignored. I dont k ow whats happening anymore with the backpack..... empty promises were made. Totally disappointed and very unhappy.
