Unhappy and disappointed

Good Day

I'm awfully disappointed in the service I'm receiving. I was told that first time delivery is free and my order was canceled. To my knowledge I believe I should still be able to receive free delivery seeing that my first order was canceled. Can we kindly make a correction in this order as I am not happy at the moment.
