Unhappy about Takealot service

I returned my sound system/bar because the sabwoofer stopped working on the 6th of Feb'24, till today I haven't received my replacement. The status stayed in awaiting for transit to merchant for a whole 2 weeks, I phoned and sent emails but they keep on saying we will follow up for you. I really don't know what to do at this moment.
